TYLER J. BOHMAN focuses on representing businesses and employers in all manners of employment and labor law litigation. He counsels and defends clients in employment-related disputes including wage and hour claims, harassment claims, discrimination and retaliation claims, non-compete agreements, union grievances, collective bargaining negotiations, secondary boycott issues, union avoidance matters and represents employers in state, federal and administrative courts.

Prior to joining Wessels Sherman, Mr. Bohman practiced as a civil litigation attorney an AV rated Chicago firm where he successfully litigated settlements and decisions.

Mr. Bohman graduated from the DePaul University College of Law a semester early. While in law school, Mr. Bohman studied abroad in Spain and Italy where he studied European labor and employment law and European business and commercial law. At DePaul, Mr. Bohman worked as a legal extern for a Judge in the Chancery Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County and worked in DePaul’s legal clinic for affordable housing and community development. Mr. Bohman earned his undergraduate degree from Indiana University.
