Indianapolis Office

Expansion into Indiana was a natural for us.  WP&S already had a substantial client base in northwest Indiana, as well as other clients with sites located throughout the state.  Our presence in Indiana had been growing for years, and it was decided to move forward with an Indianapolis location.

Wessels Pautsch & Sherman P.C. Senior Attorney Frederick D. Payne manages the Indianapolis office.  Mr. Payne has extensive experience representing employers in a multitude of labor and employment law matters.  His litigation experience also includes commercial, products liability and insurance defense matters.
