We are pleased to announce that Jennifer Adams Murphy is joining Wessels Sherman Joerg Liszka Laverty Seneczko P.C. as a shareholder of the firm. Ms. Murphy's distinguished legal career of over 20 years includes a clerkship with a Justice of the Wisconsin Supreme Court; complex defense litigation with a major Chicago law firm; and an extensive private practice in Chicago, concentrating in the areas of employment discrimination, retaliatory discharge, non-compete disputes, defamation and various other employment and commercial disputes and litigation.

Ms. Murphy is an experienced litigator, having represented clients in bench and jury trials in both state and federal courts. She also has successfully handled a wide variety of significant legal matters before federal and state administrative agencies, over many years. Ms. Murphy brings to our firm a wealth of experience drafting executive compensation and other employment agreements, non-compete agreements and workplace policies and handbooks. Jennifer will practice primarily out of our St. Charles, Illinois office though she will also spend time in our Chicago and other offices, as needed, similar to many of our attorneys.
