EARL P. BAILEY, the firm's Chief Financial Officer, has developed multifaceted experience in dealing with workplace matters during his twenty-five plus years in the labor-management field.

A skilled negotiator, Mr. Bailey has secured numerous concessionary labor agreements for employers in the United States and Canada. He has dealt with many major labor unions, including the Teamsters, Auto Workers, Electrical Workers, Machinists, Retail Clerks, Laborers, Carpenters, Rubber Workers, Upholsterers, Graphic Art Craftsmen, Department Store Workers, Automobile Mechanics and Operating Engineers. He has also consulted with employers in connection with National Labor Relations Board matters and has established proficiency in the resolution of contract administration matters at all levels of complexity.

Prior to his association with  Wessels Pautsch & Sherman P.C. ., Mr. Bailey served as labor counsel to two nationwide organizations. He was the Employee Relations Counsel for Household Merchandising, Inc. and the Labor Relations Counsel for Essex Wire Corporation.
