Before joining Wessels Pautsch & Sherman P.C. , MR. NUEDLING was an associate at a law firm in Delavan, Wisconsin.  He has concentrated his practice on civil litigation, employment and insurance law and representing clients before the Social Security Administration.  Mr. Nuedling has represented clients in matters before both State and Federal appellate courts, and is certified by the Better Business Bureau as an arbitrator for consumer-merchant disputes.

Mr. Nuedling received his Juris Doctor degree from Marquette University Law School.  He holds a master's degree in communication from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and a bachelor's degree in journalism from Marquette University.  He is a former newspaper journalist, having worked as a reporter and copy editor for the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel for 15 years.

Mr. Nuedling is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of Wisconsin, and the U.S. District Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin.
