LISA A. BAIOCCHI received her Juris Doctor degree from Marquette Law School, where she served as President of the Labor and Employment Law Society.  She was also the founder and President of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund at Marquette.

Ms. Baiocchi earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and has extensive experience in the Human Resources field as a consultant, benefit plan administrator, senior benefits analyst, retirement plan specialist and payroll specialist.  She has handled issues relating to COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, retirement and welfare plans, and pension administration.  Ms. Baiocchi earned the designation of a Qualified 401(k) Administrator through the American Society of Pension Actuaries.
