KEVIN M. MOSHER is a Senior Attorney with the law firm of Wessels Sherman Joerg Liszka Laverty Seneczko P.C., in the firm's Minneapolis office. At WS, Kevin represents employers in all facets of their labor, employment and immigration law matters. In 2004, Mr. Mosher was appointed to direct WS' immigration practice, which focuses on representing businesses in the immigration process, including immigration compliance and obtaining immigration visas/green cards. While in law school, Mr. Mosher interned at Region 18 of the National Labor Relations Board and studied European Union employment law in Modena, Italy. Mr. Mosher is a frequent speaker to lawyer and business groups regarding various topics in labor, employment and immigration law and has studied and lived abroad in both Germany and Italy.
